TRAVEL EXPENSES

I am a Kent based hair and make up Artist but I am happy to travel further afield for a small charge. The first 15 miles are included in the price. Any further miles from my studio in Sturry/Canterbury are charged at £0.60 per mile. Travel costs are charged for trials and for the wedding day. Also road charges, Dart charges and parking costs needs to be paid for by the client.

PAYMENTS TERMS

A £50 non refundable deposit is due on booking to hold the wedding date, which will be taken off the final balance.

If the bridal party is a little larger or you have an early ceremony start, I can bring an additional Hair and Make up Artist along for an extra cost of £70 per assistant to get everyone ready in time.

For trial payments, please pay on the day or a couple of days before via bank transfer.

For weddings or events, please make the payment 7-14 days before your wedding day via bank transfer after you have received an invoice from me.

 CHANGING THE BOOKING

If for any reason you have to change the number of hair and/or makeups for your booking, please let me know the final numbers no later than 30 days before your event. If you change it after, the original quoted payment is still due. If you are adding on some more hair and/or makeups I would need to check if my team and I have the time to do so. 

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of you needing to cancel the booking, you will lose the deposit of £50. If you cancel a month or less before your wedding day, 75% of the total balance is still payable.

If for any unforeseen reason I have to cancel a booking, 100% of any payments received would be returned back to you and I will try to find you a alternative hair and makeup artist who I highly recommend.

ALLERGIES & SKIN CONDITIONS 

Please let me know of any allergies or skin sensitivities that you or your bridal party might have. Should that be the case I would recommend for you or your bridal party member to have a trial/consultation.

IMAGE USAGE 

I may take some photos of you with your hair and makeup done at your trial/consultation and wedding day. These may be used for social media and my portfolio. If you would rather not have any photos taken for marketing purposes, please let me know.
